Challenges
Indo Energy Solutions key player of Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) in Indonesia with a vision to command over 75% of all exports contributing to a sustainable social cause.
They have 7 Hubs located on several islands to store POME collected from the CPO Mills. These had to be later brought down to their main station for final processing and export shipment. Several barges were hired for this purpose at a high cost. However, lack of proper communication and monitoring led to the mounting of unnecessary costs with idle time on small barges that were hired.
An efficient logistic management system was inevitably the best possible solution for our client needs.

Result
As Indo Energy Solutions brings in a Sustainable green solution, we empowered them with a simple but complete logistics solution. We developed an Android mobile application for monitoring and managing their barge transports and delivery flow between hubs and shore hubs.
We developed mobile applications with 5 different users levels with unique functionalities relevant to each user. Each app is customized with user-friendly features and an informative graphical dashboard for efficient monitoring. The app allows for end-to-end transparency of transport and simplified operations. The simple interface and elements used ensure the user’s ability to effortlessly manage their tasks in an orderly manner.
Our team indulged in thorough research and intelligent planning to develop significant features which have been effective in cutting down Indo- Energy’s operational costs to the bare minimum and optimizing their logistics ecosystem.
