Challenges

Our client was faced with a real staffing problem because of the long-lasting, rigorous, and complex recruiting process on the UK pharmaceutical market. The problem layed in that pharmacy owners couldn`t often find the pharmacist who fits their requirements and is available to work with their schedule. While the pharmacists also get in trouble when seeking for a job that meets their needs.

Our development team was faced with challenge to build online application that should solve the needs of both parties and serve as an online medium for simplifying the process of recruitment.

The development of platform solved the staffing problem in the pharmacy market through automation of the recruitment process thanks to the next app features our development team built in the solution:

  • Two separate user flows in the app for pharmacists and pharmacies
  • Admin panel capabilities for each type of users
