We improved and optimized several websites, introduced a voucher manager and a checker, and redesigned several modules of the official website. The team also conducted UX research and helped to refine the cross-platform mobile app in order to make it more user-friendly.

FTI Group is one of the largest travel companies in Germany. Having over 30 years of experience, it offers services as both a tour operator and destination manager. Also, the company owns several hotels. They had many websites that need redesigning along with that our client also needed voucher management web app for its internal companies operations.

Result

We implemented Voucher project from scratch that brought positive business results and helped to implement four other subprojects. The well-optimized tools and applications helped the customer focus on their crucial goals, attract more users, and reduce costs by optimizing
their technical processes.
We developed Following Features for Client :

A large database of all vouchers of the company together with a unified and simplified workflow for their operational processing and management
Extension for using vouchers, their blocking, redemption, and filtering
An embedded plugin on the existing website for detailed management
