Challenges

Our client was faced with a real staffing problem because of the long-lasting, rigorous, and complex recruiting process on the UK pharmaceutical market. The problem layed in that pharmacy owners couldn`t often find the pharmacist who fits their requirements and is available to work with their schedule. While the pharmacists also get in trouble when seeking for a job that meets their needs.

Our development team was faced with challenge to build online application that should solve the needs of both parties and serve as an online medium for simplifying the process of recruitment.
